Easily manage your fraud settings from your AffiliateWP settings page and create additional barriers to protect your program from fraudsters. Choose to allow, flag, or reject visits and referrals made from an affiliate’s own account. When self-referrals are allowed, there’s nothing to stop people from signing up for your affiliate program simply to use the commission as a discount on their own purchases. Block, flag, or allow visits and referrals from unspecified websites.
When affiliates sign up for your program they should list the websites they intend to use to promote your products. AffiliateWP can automatically approve, flag, or reject visits and referrals that come from unlisted (potentially spammy) websites.
Set an expected conversion rate range and flag referrals and visits from affiliates who fall outside of that range.
This can help you to highlight spam traffic (affiliates with unusually low conversion rates), and fraudulent referrals through elements like credit card fraud (affiliates with unusually high conversion rates).
